Top 10 U.S. House of Representatives-passed Bills in 109th Congress... The problem is Democrats' & liberal Republicans' obstructions in U.S. Senate!

The 109th Congress includes 2005 and 2006. The House of Representatives has worked hard and passed some vitally important bills to deal with pressing national problems.

As usual, the politically-charged Senate, with all its powerful ultra-hard-left Senators---and Republicrats like John McCain, Chuck Hagel and Arlen Specter---has been and still is obstructing progress in approving or successfully conferencing with the House to get many of these important pieces of legislation passed and sent to the President for his signature.

So, why don't we all let those obstructive Senators know that we want them to put politics aside and fulfill their sworn duty to the American people---by doing their jobs honestly, ethically and fully. Their duty is to serve the best interests of the people, not their own self-interests.

You can use PelicanPost's sidebar links (Contact Congress or U.S. Senators) to contact your state's two U.S. Senators---and those of other states---and let them know your preferences and expectations regarding all 109th Congress House-passed legislation still pending before them or being held up in the Senate.

Then keep track of what they do, how they vote, and who is obstructing progress on bills that would be in the best interest of all Americans. If they fail to do their jobs according to the Constitution and the will of the people, we all know how to support new candidates who will be more likely to get the job done---and how to vote our best interests in November, 2006.
