China refuses the United States' demand that they take back 39K Chinese illegal-aliens who have been rejected as immigrants to the U.S....

So, why exactly do the Chinese leaders not want their citizens back? Could it be, perhaps, because they were sent here as a part of China's overall plan to establish a Chinese toehold in the U.S. as it increases its sphere of influence in this country and the rest of the Western Hemisphere? And, are any of those 39,000 Chinese illegal-aliens in this country spies---like the many they have planted in Australia?

They are already in Panama---and other parts of Latin America where, as we read here today, they are conducting military training, to wit: "China is training increasing numbers of Latin American military personnel, taking advantage of a three-year old U.S. law that has led to a sharp decline in U.S.-run training programs for the region, an Army general said Tuesday.

Gen. Bantz Craddock, who oversees U.S. military operations in Latin America, said military members of all ranks are receiving training in China, In addition, he said, more and more Chinese non-lethal military equipment is showing up in the region...It's a growing phenomenon." ....The measure has given the Chinese military an opening in Latin America for the first time.

Plus, the Chinese government and military have become very cozy with Fidel Castro's socialist Cuba and Hugo Chavez' socialist Venezuela---both of whom are exporting their socialist revolution into Central and South America and, like the Chinese, are new best friends of Iran's Pres. Mahmoud nuclear-bomb-or-bust Ahamdinejad.

More below and here. And also here, including China's influence and involvement in Venezuela. __________
"China Won't Take Back 39,000 Deportees"

"China is refusing to take back an estimated 39,000 citizens who have been denied immigration to the United States and have clogged detention centers at federal expense, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said Tuesday.... Chertoff said that China last year readmitted 800 people. But that made only a small dent in what he described as a backlog of thousands illegally in the U.S.

"The math is pretty easy - at that rate, we wind up with increasing numbers of migrants who, if we're going to detain them, we're going to have to house at enormous expense," Chertoff said. He added: "We can't be in the position any longer where we are paying the burden and bearing the burden for countries that won't cooperate with us and take their own citizens back."

The Chinese Embassy in Washington did not immediately return a call for comment....

Chertoff's remarks comes as the Homeland Security Department aims to end its "catch and release" immigration policy by Oct. 1. After that date, all illegal immigrants will be held in U.S. detention centers until they can be returned to their nation of citizenry...."
