IRON MATRON HILLARY CLINTON views the U.S. Constitution as a "living document" open to interpretation according to "today's world...."

Speaking to a group at the American Bar Association's annual convention in Illinois, Hillary Clinton focused her address on "standing up to power" and says "lawyers must speak out in Washington, D.C."

But her most startling statements came with the following remarks:

"There are very different and even opposing views about what our Constitution means in today's world, what legal structures are best suited for us to continue to offer opportunity and provide fairness and a level playing field. And your voices are absolutely essential in the debates we are having," she said.

This statement shows that Hillary Clinton believes the U.S. Constitution is a maleable "living document" that is subject to varied interpretation according to "changing times."

While there are very different and opposing views about what our constitution means, Iron Matron Hillary is on the wrong side of the issue. The U.S. Constitution is the law of the land and it is not subject to manipulation or change without a Constitutional Amendment, a process provided in the Constitution itself.

So the two very different and opposing views are: [1] the "originalist" view, which means strict constructionist interpretation of the Constitution as it is written; and [2] the "living document" view which means that judicial-activist judges can rule extra-constitutionally to create law from the judicial bench, using a usurped power the Constitution did not give them---a power usurped from the legislative branch of government, the U.S. Congress.

According to Hillary Clinton's words above, she is prepared to change the very legal structure of our country---a stunning remark, considering that job was already done almost 230 years ago by the original Framers of the Constitution. It seems Clinton would rather be Empress than President and declare the Constitution and the equal balance of power among the three branches of government null and void.

Ed Klein was right.... in his book "THE TRUTH ABOUT HILLARY: What She Knew, When She Knew It, And How Far She'll Go To Become President." It would be "dangerous" to have Hillary Clinton in the powerful position of President of the United States.

Clinton's smoke and mirrors chameleon move to the "center" is a farce---as her 35 year history of hard-left liberal activist ideology and agendas demonstrates. What she's attempting to pull off here is the great anti-America and anti-Constitution fakeout. Make no mistake about it. She wants America changed---perhaps in favor of the "world government" her corrupt husband advocates and wants to be president of, as he recently stated.
